Hello,
We would like to create an aggregated UDF forecast in the CAR system that takes into account a user-defined "User-DIF" that we've created. In the Fiori app "Manage DIFs," we have associated a location hierarchy with a product and specified a past and future time frame.
Using the reports "/DMF/OP_MOD_PDIMLDIM_JOB" and "/DMF/OP_FCST_PDIMLDIM_JOB", we have generated a forecast. We included the location hierarchy and the desired product. The aggregation profile ID used is 0002.
However, the calculation only considers the four DIFs:
- SYS:CAL:TRND
- SYS:CAL:WK:DAY
- SYS:CAL:YR:HRM
- SYS:INT
Technical information:
The location hierarchy consists of three stores, and we have sales data for the desired product in the "/DMF/TS_PS" table for all these stores. Additionally, we have loaded the aggregated sales data of the three stores into a fourth store to compare with the aggregated forecast. In this fourth store, we observed that the user-defined "User-DIF" we created is considered, and the forecasted sales figures are significantly higher.
Our previous approaches:
Initially, we attempted to set the "User-DIF" at the location hierarchy level in the "/DMF/V_DIF" view, instead of at the product and location level, but it didn't work. Another approach was to set the "User-DIF" in the view cluster "/DMF/VC_MOD_DEF" to "BASE-DIF" and add the aggregation profile ID 0002, but that also didn't yield the desired results.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation and could provide some guidance on this matter?
Sincerely,
Domenic
