Hello,

Clicking on pencil icon to edit the active Screen Configurations in SAP FSM Admin does not do anything and throws error "Your session has expired, please login", check the screenshot.

The user has Admin privilege and a superuser.

Note: The account is configured as a SAML account.

Steps:
1. Login into SAP Admin account with Admin User
2. Navigate to the Screen Configuration Tab
3. Click on the edit icon of an active screen that has been configured.
4. Presented with a error message and unable to do screen configuration.

Could you please let me know How-To do this?

Thanks

Hello,

If the account is configured as an SAML account. If you want to open the screen configurator, you will need to:

1. Login to the SAP FSM Shell/WFM using the SAML Account (you will get redirected to the IdP and prompted to enter the username / e-mail)
2. From "Shell/WFM Home" navigate to "Foundational Services" --> "Screen configuration"
3. Login to the "SAP FSM Admin" as "Single Sign On" using the Account Name. DO NOT login as username / e-mail and password.
4. Now you should be able to open the CO App (Screen Configuration) by navigating to the corresponding company --> Screen Configurations, and clicking on the pencil of any active screen configuration.

Thanks
