Hi,
We are facing the issue that we cannot change the address of the Service call or Activity in SAP FSM Planning Board. We enabled edit function under screen configurations in admin settings but still it is not possible to change the address.
The Service Call was replicated from C4C system to SAP FSM.
Are we missing something?
