Add Additional UDF to existing UI in customer checkout

Dear Experts,

First of all would like to wish you all "Merry Christmas"...!

So hope every one is doing fine as usual ,

Kindly note that we are currently working with SAP Customer Checkout version 2.0 FP17. We have a requirement to add the expiry date of a particular batch to the batch selection screen from the integration framework through a plugin . Here is a UI of the batch selection table screen.

For that, we are planning to try the following ways.

1. Build the batch selection screen from scratch.

2. Add an additional column to the batch selection.

Some problems are appear from both ways when we drew sketchs.

· First method: if we were to build UI from scratch then how do we connect UI to the customer checkout logic? Is that possible?

· Second method: is there any method or configuration for adding the expiry date to the table or if we create another web service from the Integration framework then how we are going to merge both batch and expiry date?

Is there any other method to achieve that ?, If any one is able to advise on this and share any articles or documents related to this is really appreciated.
