Activate BC Set COD_BYD_ERP_INT

Dear Community,

I have to activate for Integration ECC/ERP to C4 via Cloud Foundry the BC Set in ECC: COD_BYD_ERP_INT.

I couldn't find in any SAP documentation what I have to click here after I have added the change to a transport:

Do I have to maintain values = yes or don't I have to maintain values = no. Do I need to enter afterwards any other information before my changes are saved?
