Access historical data in C4C Reports

Dear Experts,
I faced the problem that in Reports I can see only the actual data and cannot have access to historical data.
I mean can I check what was the customer role on a particular date in the past?
I need to design a report where I can see which customers had a certain role on a particular date in the past.
At present, datasources in the system provides current data.
So how can I achieve it?

Dear Anna,

Currently we have few data sources which will show history (only for changes done in few fields) for opportunities, leads and tickets and apart from these we do not have any other data source which can display history.

You can check the data sources like Opportunity History, Lead History, Ticket History.

If you are looking for history of customers then we would recommend you to raise this as a new requirement in influence forum:https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer
