Identify and outline the structure of a Customer Schema concept to create a new attribute in Profile Entity, followed by the creation of a new Activity with attributes. Examine and determine how to integrate source and destination applications, using the repository of applications and platforms in the Application Library. Configure events setup. Configure matching and merging rules. Create data insights to calculate metrics and classify customers. Execute engagement and activation. Design and implement CX Journeys and Flows.
