On behalf of the CX Product Learning CoE Content team, I am pleased announce the latest course update for the following courses used for SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud training.

The following courses have been updated to the 2205 release.

C4H410 –SAP Sales Cloud (Previously C4C12)

Target Audience: Functional consultants, Business end users

In this course you will learn about SAP Sales Cloud. This will include sales business processes, including topics such as lead management, opportunity management, quotation management, sales methodology and more..

C4H440 – SAP Cloud for Customer Administration (Previously C4C10)

Target Audience: Functional consultants and Admin users

In this course you will learn how to set up and run SAP Cloud for Customer effectively for your day-to-day business. This course covers Administration settings such as Business configuration, fine tuning, set up of organizations, accounts, products and other data, UI personalization, User Management and more

C4H450 – SAP Cloud for Customer Integration with On-premise SAP Solutions (Previously C4C50)

Target Audience: Integration consultants, Key users and Technical consultants

This course is ideal for people requiring a deep level of integration knowledge in SAP Cloud for Customer. In this course you will learn how to integrate SAP Cloud for Customer with other SAP solutions such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA using Cloud Platform Integration.

C4H460 – SAP Cloud Applications Studio (Previously C4C30)

Target Audience: Key users and Technical consultants

The SAP Cloud Applications Studio course simulates the development of a specific customer requirement into an SAP Cloud for Customer functional enhancement using SAP Cloud Applications Studio. Participants are introduced to the Partner Development Infrastructure (PDI) and gain hands-on experience with the Software Development Kit (SDK) using its key features. The SAP host guides participants through the design, development, and deployment of an SAP Cloud for Customer add-on solution.

 C4H510 – SAP Service Cloud (Previously known as C4C14)

Target Audience: Functional consultants, Business end users

In this course you will learn how to implement SAP Service Cloud. This will include configuration of service processes, including topics such as business process configuration, warranty management, registered products, and service levels.

The above details refer to Classroom as well as Live access courses. The E-learning versions are being updated and will be released in H2.
