On September 19, 2023, we hosted another SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshop focusing on business process intelligence, enterprise transformation, and SAP Signavio, supported by speakers from product teams of SAP Signavio and SAP Process Automation, SAP MaxAttention Center of Expertise, and SAP MaxAttention customer Valvoline.

The event was kicked off by Balaji Gaddam Rao, Vice President and Head of SAP MaxAttention Center Of Expertise (CoE) North America at SAP. He highlighted how SAP MaxAttention helps customers in their business transformation journey.

Chet Harter, Vice President of SAP Signavio Center of Excellence at SAP, gave an introduction to SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite and business process management, followed by Queenie Lin, Director, Strategic Customer Transformation at SAP , discussing how to drive Enterprise Transformation and Process Excellence with SAP Signavio. Queenie also conducted an end-to-end demo showcasing capabilities of SAP Signavio for that help overcome a business process challenge.

Evgenii Gorbunov, Product Manager, SAP Build Process Automation at SAP and Silvio Arcangeli, Sr. Director Product Management, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence at SAP, introduced Enterprise Automation with SAP and how it helps companies improve, automate and integrate their processes end-to-end.

Alina Boissay, Director, SAP MaxAttention Center of Expertise North America at SAP, presented the premium services that help SAP MaxAttention customers gain process insights, drive process improvement, while leveraging SAP Signavio suite.

The highlight of the event was the customer interview with Valvoline conducted by Jack Moloney, Business Processes Principal Consultant, SAP MaxAttention Center of Expertise North America, SAP. In the interview, David Beach, Director Enterprise Architecture, Global Operations, at Valvoline showcased Valvoline’s journey through process transformation.

We are looking forward to continuing working with our SAP MaxAttention customers and helping them drive enterprise transformation and process excellence journeys powered by SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.
