We’re pleased to announce that SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 Feature Pack 15 has been released on 14th of February 2023.

This new Feature Pack 15 includes enhancements to existing functionalities and new features in SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Customer Checkout manager.

The following enhancements are the main highlights of the new feature pack:

  • Tax Calculation with Avalara for the United States of America (USA)

    • Generated destination for Avalara communication system

    • Preconfigured system settings when US is applied as country

    • Enable tip handling

    • Enable loyalty programs

    • News sales report available for Taxes

  • Batch and Serial Number Enhancements

    • New outbound service available for generic communication system to verify batch and serial numbers

    • New dialog in the POS system to assign and verify batch and serial numbers

    • New batch and serial numbers tab available in receipt details

    • Optimized searching and filtering of receipts with batch and serial numbers

    • New permission available to deviate the count of serial numbers from sales item quantity

  • Enhancements in Mobile Order

    • New Legal tab available in the Mobile Payments app in SAP Customer Checkout manager to maintain cookie content for mobile payments

    • New flag available in the Mobile configuration app to enable CAPTCHA for Mobile Order

    • Extended cashing up report in the POS system to track all items sold via Mobile Order

    • New field available in the Email configuration app to enter Reply-to address

  • Enhancements in Table Service

    • Possibility to split items from one table into a new or existing table

    • Optimized behavior when changing table owner

  • Enhancements for DSFinV-K version 2.3 for the Kassensicherungsverordnung (Germany)

  • New outbound service available for Virus scan for generic communication system

  • New function button available to create manual set in the sales process

  • New drawback dialog available in Retail/ Quick/ Table Service available

  • New option available to print and test all output locations when using multiple printers, e.g. in big restaurant businesses

  • Improved tracking of cancelled receipts and payment transactions

  • Possibility to specify non-discountable components within manual sets and optimized price calculation

  • Optimized filtering and copying of print templates in the POS system

  • Displaying of promotion ID for prices in SAP Customer Checkout manager
