I would like you to get acquainted with Continuous Quality Check (CQC) that are remote services which will provide you with expert guidance to reduce technical risks and optimize your system potential. These CQC’s offer the potential to reduce time and budget for implementation projects, while also sharing guidance to optimize performance and consistency. After the CQC is performed, you will receive a report, including an executive summary, with the findings and guidance to bring you towards a successful go-live.

This is indeed part of enterprise support service covered by any cloud customer licenses


Let`s review types of CQC

The SAP CQC for Deployment Readinessprovide a detailed analysis of your  instance prior to your Go-Live. During this service, the SAP  solution is reviewed for potential   risks and recommendations are given in alignment with SAP Best Practices.

This service is available for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

The SAP CQC for Going Live Support, help companies during their critical Go-Live steps monitoring the Go-Live remotely to help minimize the risk of the Go-Live

This service is available for Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce On premise and Commerce Infrastructure.

The SAP CQC for Early what check is designed to provide a detailed analysis of your SAP system instance and your connected technical interfaces.

This service is available for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce On premise and Commerce Infrastructure.

The SAP CQC for Business Process Performance Optimization analyzes performance-critical process steps and recommends how to optimize them technically.

This service it is available for SAP Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce On Premise and Commerce Infrastructure.

 The SAP CQC for Interface management, helps to optimize the return on the customer’s investment in your SAP software by protection against unforeseen costs caused by interface problems.

This service it is available for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
