Surf’s up! Read below to stay ahead of the curve and better plan your business activities by discovering more about upcoming SAP Support Portal and SAP ONE Support Launchpad wave releases, maintenance schedules and previous release information.

You usually see a pop-up with release highlights when you log in to the Launchpad after the release, but like every surfer, we’d encourage you to check the wave schedule from time to time so you’re aware of planned Launchpad maintenance.

For example, we recommend that you do not schedule major go-lives or upgrades for the dates specified, as applications like SAP Notes search, SAP incident form, system data administration, and others, may not be available.

Release Highlights

There are a few ways to access Launchpad release information:

1.Go to Launchpad Release Information on the SAP Support Portal

2. Click on the ‘About the Launchpad’ button on the bottom of the SAP ONE Support Launchpad which will being you to the Launchpad Release page on the SAP Support Portal.

3. Select ‘What’s New’ from the drop-down when you click on your name in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad to see summarized updates, and a link to access the full release note.

If you want to read more about the changes, access the full release note, which describes all new features available since the last wave of the SAP ONE Support Launchpad and the various redesigned service and support applications such as Incident Form, Software Download Center, Search, User Management, License Keys, and SAP Notes etc.
