If you want to know more about SAP software releases or platform availability, and you have a S-User, PAM is the portal you are looking for!

The Product Availability Matrix is an SAP Portal containing information about:

  • Available Product versions

  • Maintenance durations

  • Upgrade paths

  • Technical release information

This is what the interface looks like. When you access with your S-User, you can check four saved searches on the top right of the page:

  • My favourites

  • Display all product versions

  • Available for the current quarter

  • Maintenance ending soon

You can look for information about a particular product on the search tab on the top right side of the site, by entering the product name and the version:

For example, I did a search for Netweaver and these are the results:

On the left column you can use filters for your search. For example, you can click on “license products” to see just the products your company and S-user are licensed for.

Among the results of the search, I can choose the correct version by clicking on its name, and I will see all the information related with it.

The current version, the availability and the end of maintenance are display on the main page.

And on the right, there are links with more information:

There are 4 tabs at the top of the site quite useful as well. One of these tabs includes the link to the SAP Software Download Centre which shows the entire portfolio of SAP Products and the corresponding upgrades, support packages and patches available.
