On behalf of the SAP CX Product Learning CoE team, I am excited to announce the upcoming SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement Onboarding Live sessions.

This 3-day series of interactive sessions guides learners through use cases for using SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement for segmentation, personalization and marketing campaign execution.

The sessions are designed for end-users of the Emarsys platform who will be creating and launching tactics and content using email and other channels. The content will be first-time user friendly, but all skill levels are welcome. *Please note, implementation processes will not be covered in these sessions.*

Products included are: Strategic Dashboard and Tactics, Visual Content Editor, Automation, Smart Insight, Contacts, Segmentation, Predict.

The sessions give you the opportunity to interact live with an SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement expert and to work on an automated reactivation campaign. You will be given access to an Emarsys account in order to complete the exercises.

The sessions require you have already consumed the OpenSAP Microlearning, Expert SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement.
