It is my pleasure to introduce you in this blog post the Live Sessions on SAP Customer Data Cloud Essentials.
What is it about?
In this series of three live sessions, you’ll learn the key capabilities of SAP Customer Data Cloud with live demos and opportunity of live interaction with the trainer.
Who is it for?
These sessions are designed for anyone who is new to SAP Customer Data Cloud. No previous knowledge of the product is needed to attend these sessions.
What does it offer?
This series consists of three two-hour instructor led virtual sessions via SAP live class (e.g. zoom). Students have the option of requesting a tenant to complete hands-on labs on their own time during the week. The topics covered each day are:
Day 1: SAP Customer Data Cloud Overview, CIAM for B2C, CIAM for B2B
The objective of this session is to get an overview of SAP Customer Data Cloud. Understand what is Customer Identity and Access Management. Look into the two products CIAM for B2C and CIAM for B2B. Followed by demo.
Day 2: SAP Enterprise Consent and Preference Management (ECPM), Console Administration, and Authentication Methods
The objective of this session is to understand what is Enterprise Consent and Preference management. See Console administration in action. And various authentication methods offered by SAP Customer Data Cloud.
Day 3: Rest API, Extensibility, Identity Exchange, and additional Resources
The objective of this session is to get basic understanding of APIs, extensibility and identity exchange options offered.

The live session is available on
SAP Learning Hub. You will need to have a subscription in order to register for the live sessions.
