Composable Storefront (aka Spartacus), a decoupled storefront for SAP Commerce Cloud, is an Angular-based frontend that allows you to get quickly up and running and innovate with agility. To add more flexibility, a Software Developer Kit (SDK), giving customers a starting point with other frameworks, and a Backend for Frontend (BFF) for e.g., better composability, is planned to be delivered. The product team is interested in understanding how customers approach frontend development, whether for Composable Storefront or other frameworks; challenges customers face to get to production quickly; and get feedback on the usefulness of a BFF and our approach.

The product team is looking at providing customers with better support to integrate with third party delivery providers and specify the various delivery methods and costs that are available to consumers on their commerce site. We would like to identify customer interest and collect feedback on the proposed first release, as well as gain an understanding of use cases and challenges typically endured in managing delivery modes and costs.

Related to Data Privacy Management, the product team aims to enhance the out-of-the-box functionality to help merchants effectively manage "Data Consent" for collected data, as well as fulfil incoming "Data Deletion" and "Data Access" requests in a timely manner. The team would like to understand how customers use these features today, their use cases, and identify challenges in configuring and managing these data privacy features to be compliant with local regulations.

The format of the engagements is typically a brief introduction call and a detailed 1:1 feedback session. It is expected that participants will spend about 2-3 hours in total per engagement.
