Dear Customers and Partners,

At SAP for Me, we strive to provide all our customers and partners with the best service and support possible. If you are new to SAP for Me you may not be aware of the channels available.

You spotted an issue regarding for example your systems, contracts, licenses, or consumption in SAP for Me and want to raise this information to the SAP for Me support team? Please follow the steps below:

‘Get Support (Cases, Expert Chat…)’ formerly known as ‘Report an Incident / provide feedback for SAP for Me

SAP for Me provides the opportunity to create cases (incidents) directly within the portal.

There is a feedback slider always available on every page that allows you to provide quick feedback to us.

On the “Feedback Slider” you follow the link “Contact Us". You’ll be forwarded to the standard case  (incident) submission screen with the prefilled component XX-SER-FORME. Please note, with this prefilled component you also need to select one (any) option in the “System” and “Product Area” field to submit the case (incident).

If you have ideas and recommendations regarding the functions and features, please don't hesitate to submit via the "Suggest a feature" link your ideas to influence SAP for Me development.

Please also use the feedback survey (five-star-rating) to rate your current experience.

You can also submit cases using the "Contact Us" link on the footer.

The SAP for Me support process follows the standard process.

There is no need to send emails to various SAP contacts. All your submitted questions will be addressed by our dedicated support teams.
