This blog should give a short overview of how to use ranked conditions in a report. With a ranked condition you can e.g. create a Top X or a Top X% list which always updates based on the underlying data.

To create a ranked condition click on “Key Figure” and choose “Manage Conditions”.

In the pop-up you can create a new ranked condition and e.g. maintain the number of results you want to show in a ranked way (Top or Bottom).

As a result you see the Top/Bottom X accounts in the report.
