Several customers have reported an issue with completed activities are not shown in "Planned Activities" assignment block of business Partner. In this article I would like to bring to your attention a new feature called "Configurable Data retrieval parameters" You can use configurable data retrieval to limit the data retrieved in assignment blocks, based on selection parameters defined in the UI configuration tool.
