An increasing number of utilities companies are exploring omnichannel customer engagement to reduce customer attrition and enhance customer loyalty. Therefore, Utility companies globally have started adopting the SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement solution to level up their ability to engage customers regarding traditional energy and water services as well as new services the energy transition is offering.

In close cooperation with SAP Utilities, the SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement product team is currently developing an accelerator to enhance capabilities and unlock additional use cases for Utilities companies. This will not only lower cost of implementation and operation but allow better communication with customers and a more personalized experience around energy services, contracts, service locations or billing accounts. Utilities having licensed SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement can opt to add the accelerator to their installations.



 

To build the best possible solution, we are currently looking for utilities companies and partners who want to participate in the discovery and development process by sharing their expertise, use cases and needs, as well as reviewing the planned scope and testing the solution in their own landscapes. We are also happy to discuss additional questions for example regarding pricing and delivery.
