On November 9–10, SAP iXp kicked off the first Vancouver Summit, welcoming iXp’s second cohort in SAP Labs Vancouver.
The Summit aims to connect iXp interns with one another and educate on the history and vision of SAP directly from local leaders. Sessions included: a design thinking workshop, an executive panel discussion on creating a genuine network throughout your career, an improvisational session on standing out in the workplace with communication skills and charisma, and the future of digital innovation with SAP Leonardo - and those are highlights of the topics covered in the two days!

SAP iXp Intern Charmaine Lee captured the moment perfectly (and effortlessly, we may add) with this stunning post of a delicious lunch with amazing people. Interns were able to network with interns converted to early talent and ask questions about their journeys, previous experiences, and what it’s like to kick-start their careers at SAP.

In keeping with our global SAP iXp theme of giving back to the community, interns channeled their creative sides and built a mini-golf-course out of canned goods, which were all donated to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank after the Summit. Chari-tee … get it?
