As an implementation partner, you can see lots of information in SAP for Me to assist you with your project delivery.

Partner-Level Consultant Certifications User-Level Consultant Certifications Customer Cloud Projects

In the Partnership Dashboard under Certifications You can see Current Consultant Certifications.

To see your own certifications, click on your avatar and My Learnings.

Here you can see the card My Certifications. This card contains all the certifications listed under your S-User ID, including expired certifications. There is additional information regarding the Level and Pass Date also included.

You can also see the Customer Cloud Projects on the Customer Success Dashboard on the Projects tab. Review your Cloud Projects by Wave Status, to review whether any are At Risk or In Escalation. You can drill down by Customer, Line of Business, and individual waves. There is also a filter option to filter any field on the card.

Click "Register New Project" to open a list of your indirect projects to be created.

  1. Select the Customer

  2. Select the Wave Scope

  3. Assign the waves for each product

  4. Enter the wave details (status, stage and dates)

  5. Review and click submit

This will generate an email to partner.project.insights@sap.com who will register the project for you.

There is also a KPI card available for your Upcoming Planned Go-Lives. This card lists upcoming planned go-lives by date. Where a date is missing or impossible (such as 31.12.9999) it is marked as Missing. Planned go-lives with a date in the past are also highlighted in red.

You can request an update for these projects by selecting them and clicking "Request Update". This will open a pre-filled email to partner.project.insights@sap.com.

Ensure that you enter the updated dates and status information and send the email to partner.project.insights@sap.com. They will confirm back to you once the updates have been made.
