Hi,
I am involved in a SAP R3 4.6C server where there are 900 custom Z reports. Is there a way by which one can know which Z report is mostly used and the reports that are not used by users.
The idea is to identify if the reports are needed and cleanse the system of unused Z-reports.
Regards,
Anirban.

Hi
U can try to use the statistic trx like STAT or ST03: but here u can find out only the data for the last period: it's the last week or the last month, anyway it can't find out the data for whole life of the system, but the stored period is usually not very long.
So if u need to make sure u would analyze the data for a long period, and so run the statistic trx periodically.

there is nearly no way to find out, whether they are still needed or not.
But do you expect to save ... some kilobyte of disc space.
Unused Z-reports will not even be loaded, so they are only on disc.
Invest your time in optimizing the database performance, check the ST04 for slow statements.
