Hi ALL,

Can anyone give the sample code for wildcard(search for tables).

Answers will be rewarded.

Hi Sandeep,

You have to use LIKE and '%' in select query.

For example to select Assets that are starting with '30*' you can write following query.

EG.

SELECT * from ANLA

into table tab_anla

where ANLN1 LIKE '30%'.

Underscore ie: _ is used for single characters

and.. as mentioned earlier % is used for multiple characters

Hi ,

You have to use LIKE statememnt with '%' in select query

to do the same
