Hi,

How to trasport table contents accross diffrent clients (Dev- QAS)

Hi Bala,

Create tranpsort request for table contents.

Go to SE10 transaction and create transportable

request. Then Create object list and give like below.

Program ID : R3TR

Object ID : TABU

Obj name : Table name

Then double click on the table and enter key

for the table. If you want to transport all entries give * thre.

Hi,

If the table maintenance allows (If it says 'no, or user-routine' in the Table Maintenance Dialog), you can also move the contents by SM30.

In the SM30, choose maintain, click on the Menu Utilities->Adjust. You need the RFC authorization. The clients involved also should be defined as RFC destinations in SM59. This will not need a Transport, and especially useful for moving data within the clients with same System ID (Dev or QA).

Use transaction SM30 to transport the table. You have transport button on the screen.
