Total characters in the report output

I am modifying a report to add a column with length 250 characters. The report is originally displaying total field length 0f 270 character. Can I display 520 character length in report. The report program has screen and useing classes to display output.

I know in regular report outpu we can have 1049 characters.

It can extend the output list only by statament new-page:

NEW-PAGE LINE-SIZE 520.
