Depending on your country, there are multiple forms. If you do an F4 in the form field of SE71, this will give you an overview of all sapscript forms. Look under financial accounting, payment media, USA. Also click the button on the application toolbar for "technical names" now you will see the forms names at the right. I am guessing that an form that start with F110 could be your form. I think that the standard print program is RFFOUS_C, but I'm not sure.

For F110, you can see program name in the last Tab
In general to find SAP std forms and their associated prog, It depends of the domain FI, MM, ...
You'll find that in the customizing (SPRO)

Run transaction F110. Pick a Rundate and Identification. Go to the tab that says Printout/datamedium. That is where you will see the print program depending on your config.
If you want to see where in config this information is, follow the path IMG>Financial Accounting>Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable>Business Transactions>Outgoing Payments>Automatic Outgoing Payments>Payment Method/Bank Selection for Payment Program-->Set Up Paying Company Codes for Payment Transactions
Also check "Set Up Payment Methods per Country for Payment Transactions"
Also check IMG>Financial Accounting>Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable>Business Transactions>Outgoing Payments>Automatic Outgoing Payments> Payment Media>Make Settings for Classic Payment Medium Programs>Assign Payment Forms for Payment Method in Company Code.
If this helps, please reward and close.
