Hi,
My requirement is to create report Through AD Hoc ,When running a report in Ad Hoc Query, we must specify which fields we would like to use as a selection and which fields you would like to output. I want to display one more column in report and it is not available in given Ouput Set. Can I able to enhance SQ01 Reporting Tool for required Report? Please suggest me with more details as I am working first time on this..

Hi Hermant,
To add fields to the query, you must do it in the set with tcode SQ02. Check the user-group and the set for this query and do it in tcodes SQ02 and SQ03.

Thanks for your reply, but Would you please tell me in steps how should I proceed and I want to add field in SAPQUERY/HR_ADM. Please suggest me soon.

Sorry, I don't know HR (or HCM). Searching I found this note: Note 323487 - HR query: Error with field JCODETEXT. What would I do? I'd create my own infoset and from this. my own query.
