If a report is executed with multiple variants in background process, if you check in the spool it is displaying only last page of the last variant.

Please help it out in matter.......

Hi Sreevani,

You can schedule the report program (SM36) with multi steps for each variant instead of one step with multi variants.

Hope this will help.

How are you executing the program with multiple variants in the background? Are you doing this via job or from within the program?

When you execute the job with multiple steps of the same program with different variants, you will get multiple spools(if they all write something out). Select the job and click on the spool id. You should now get a list of spools(1 for each step in the job). Select the individual spool to see the contents.

Are you facing some other issue?

Hi,

When you display the spool in SM37, there is a push button 'Settings' in the toolbar.

click on it and you can edit the settings.

Check in display area and change the number of pages.

Hope it helps.
