Hello all

How can I create in screen painter element that would look like SELECT-OPTIONS statment? I need component to input many single entries. If it's not possible that way than maybe I can use some FM that would be called when someone is 'clicking' on added by me button ?

Would be grateful for answers

There are a couple of ways... you can define a select-options screen block and include it as a subscreen on your main dynpro screen - see example at end of this thread:

or you can use the function module 'COMPLEX_SELECTIONS_DIALOG' as per example on

Hi Marcin..

Create a SELECTION-SCREEN with this syntax:

SELECTION-SCREEN: BEGIN OF SCREEN 10.

SELECT-OPTIONS : S_DATE FOR SY-DATUM.

SELECTION-SCREEN: END OF SCREEN 10.

Now this SELECTION SCREEN Can be assigned as the FIRST SCREEN in Module pool.

That means the first screen of a Module pool can be the Selection Screen.

You can make use of the fm:COMPLEX_SELECTIONS_DIALOG to create select options in dialog programming.

Ok in screen painter do like this

Se51--> Report name --> screen number

click on the radio button Layout editor and goto change mode

Click on the Text Field onthe right of the pane and drag that on to the screen and double click on that screen and give ur table and field name like mseg-werks in the text field and save it
