Can we do web publishing for scripts and smart forms ? how ? what is web publishing?

Hi

Both Scripts and Smartforms are used to send the Outgoing Documents of the Orgn to the business partners

Like PO sending to Vendor and Invoice to Customer etc

SO why we need web publishing for these outputs.

and they are not public documents, to keep on web.

They are partner related confidential documents
