primary key to non primary key

Hi,

I am creating the Z table.I fst decl sum fields as primary keys and adjsut that now into non primary key fields

any inputs plz

primary key field of the table shouldn't be changed ........

it should be decided first itself what r the fields should be as primary key it is not recommended to change later....

If you change the key of the table, and try to activate the table, you`ll get an error. You`ll need to convert the table in the database using SE14. In there, use 'Activate and adjust database'. After that you`ll be able to activate in the dictionary.

hi,

if u are converting key fields to non key fields if it is showing any error u should adjust the table in se14.If data is present defenitely it will throw error.If u table maiontenace screen then u have regenerate it so that the changes in the key fields are refelected.
