Hi Folks,

Kindly let me know how to pass a value to a message.

I don't want to use a message class.

if sy-subrc = 0.

describe table itfinal lines n.

message 'Total No.of Vendors-' with n TYPE 'S'.

endif.

Thanks,

K.Kiran.

U can do like below

data : msg_text type string,
       number type n VALUE 9.

concatenate 'Total no of vendors -' number into msg_text SEPARATED BY ' '.

U can use this code

if sy-subrc = 0.

describe table itfinal lines n.

message s000(00) with 'Total No.of Vendors-' n .

endif.

Thsi will work as there is message class 00 with message number 000

Please reward if useful

Thanks Arjun
