Hi,

There will a button for Print Preview. Just click on that and you can view the format.

There is <b>no</b> standard Print Preview functionality for Purchase Requisition.

if you alv screen you ll find one button view, if you click there there would be three options,

1-Excel in place,

2-Lotus In Place

3-Crystal Reports Preview

you can choose one among them and you can pass the output to that.

Hi anupma,

If its purchase requisition , you can't.

if its PO , in ME53N you click on the first menu in the menu bar, select puchase order, enter the PO number

and press enter..

next click on print preview button.

select the output type, if more than 1 output type is attached to it.

then press ctrlShiftF1.
