Hello everyone,

Basically, I had tried one sapscirpt but it only reached to shared folder.

<DS:TRAN.SBWP>Shared Folder

Would like to ask anyone know how to maintain se61 (document link) to sap shared folder->subfolder ?

Your respond is very much appreciated.

Regards,

Kent

Hi Kent,

you could create a batch input to simulate the "Find folder" button in SBWP so that to open it directly, and create a new documentation class ZZZZ and an ZZZZ_OBJECT_SHOW function module (as specified in this thread: ), then you'd enter:

<DS:XXXX.subfolder>Shared Folder</ >

Hi Sandra,

Thanks for your reply.

What exactly I need to do is to put the link to the normal report which might trigger to documents that I will save in the

shared folder.

eg:-

click on the 'Program Documentation (Shift + F1)' then trigger to 'SAP Business Workplace (Ctrl + F12)\Shared folders\...'

Any ideas ?

Kent.
