Hi,

I need to print footer always in the last page

irrespecive of the number of pages generated for purchase order.

Created a Folder and added a template with the footer information.

Tried the event " Only After End of Main Window".

It doesn't work.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Rao.

Hi Rao,

Create a new page with your footer window on it.

In your main window insert a Command Node as the last node in Main. The Command Node should call your last page.

Hii Rao,

try this

After the main window create one more window ( footer )

- > conditions - and additional event

the conditions tab in the attributes of that window, you can set it as 'ONLY AFTER THE END OF MAIN WINDOW'.

Otherwise u can also

check the box the output options "In the Last Page Only",

Revert back for more help

hi rao,

yes create a window after main window.

But, you can have footer, displayed only in last page...

(Check the checkbox 'Only after end of main window', in Conditions tab for the footer window

Hii Rao,

We can still try this ..

plzz check if this helps

you dont have to create another window.

You can do everything in the main window and if the matter exceeds one page it flows to the next page since it is the main window. Then when it comes to the event usage we can use 'Only Before End of Main window'.

hope this helps

Hi Naresh,

I created a text element after data table and under the main window and checked the option "Only After End Of Main Window". It doesn't print the vendor instructions.

Also i have only two pages FIRST and NEXT.

Hi Matt,

Tried your approach it doesn't trigger the last page.

Did you check the 'Go to new page' checkbox and enter the name of your last page in the textbox?

I know this works, I have done it on numerous smart forms.

Hi Mat,

I sent the files to you.

Also i think since i need to print the vendor instructions in the last page, i need to put it under main window so that it prints for a single page job or multiple pages job.

Hi Matt,

You are the guru. It worked for me now.

I had an event which i uncheked it.

Also matt when i print multiple pages will i have any problem with Next Pages.

You shouldn't have any problems with multiple pages as long as you have the 'Next Page' filled correctly for your first two pages.

When the Main window fills up on one page it will go to the page defined in the 'Next Page' output option.
