Hi

U can avoid to run the program online in AT SELECTION-SCREEN event:

AT SELECTION-SCREEN.

    CHECK SY-UCOMM = 'ONLI'.
    MESSAGE E208(00) WITH 'Run it background only'.

or u can try this:

DATA GT_EXCLUDE TYPE TABLE OF RSEXFCODE WITH HEADER LINE.

INITIALIZATION.
  T_EXCLUDE-FCODE  = 'ONLI'.
  APPEND T_EXCLUDE.

AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT.

  CALL FUNCTION 'RS_SET_SELSCREEN_STATUS'
       EXPORTING
            P_STATUS  = '%_00'
            P_PROGRAM = 'RSSYSTDB'
       TABLES
            P_EXCLUDE = T_EXCLUDE[].

Hi,

take a look at this thread: especially the message .

But usually it is not required to remove this button if you want to run the program in background.

To do this, SAP has provided one standard function Module RS_SET_SELSCREEN_STATUS. One should call this FM from INITIALIZATION or AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT event of the executable program.

Syntax and parameters to be passed:

CALL FUNCTION 'RS_SET_SELSCREEN_STATUS'

EXPORTING

p_status = Not required

p_program = The Program Name

TABLES

p_exclude = INT_EXCLUDE_FUNC.

The internal table INT_EXCLUDE_FUNC is to be filled with the values as:

u2018ONLIu2019 For u2018Executeu2019 icon

u2018SPOSu2019 For u2018Saveu2019 icon

u2018PRINu2019 For Print icon

to exclude from the Selection Screen.
