Siva,

You could create a new role, then insert all authorizations (menu: edit->insert authorizations->full authorization) and then manually remove the basis objects.

Cheers,

Ben

Siva,

Once you have inserted all objects basis objects with be in the following object classes:

Basis: Administration BC_A

Basis - Development Environment BC_C

Basis - Central Functions BC_Z

However you cannot just remove all of these objects you need to learn which ones are sensitive and which once are required for normal access.

Also, depending on the intended usage of the role, other objects may need to be removed.

Hello Siva,

Download all trasactions from SE16 -

> TSTC table and then remove all BASIS trasactions and create new role.

Thanks

how to create role in se16

There are over 80,000 transactions in TSTCT in new SAP versions. Making a role from this list is not practicable.

Sorry to be so blunt, but that is not a good idea at all.

Due to the dependency on Basis objects, this role would be equivalent to SAP_ALL to anyone with the right level of knowledge.

Anyway, who are you going to give this role to? This will be one guy who can run the whole company's finances and assets. If he can do that, why not let him do Basis, too - he's running the whole company anyway...

So, please tell us: what do you want to use this role for?

Frank.
