I want to increase the size of the pop-up window.I am using a factory method to display pop up as alv on button click inside another alv.

We can't guess which "factory method" you use if you don't tell us.

Why not look at it a different way and use a splitter container to contain the main alv and a child alv, or use a docking container for teh child ?
