Hi Experts,

Please help me to find the FM for generating serial numbers.

Hi Jaya,

You can use the FM 'GR_ORDER_SERIAL', inorder to get a serial number used for an Order Number.

Hi Kiran,

The tcod ethat I need to use is MI04.

Then whole procees i related with Physical Inventory

And there is screen in MI04 (pop up screen) which ask for serail number.

Can you pls tell if this FM suits the rek.

Hi Jaya,

I am not sure of the functional setting that is there in your box and hence cannot confirm whether this is an apt FM for you or not.

But in general this FM is used to obtain a serial number associated to an Order number. Hence go ahead and use that and lets see the result.
