Hi all,

I have a requirement on creating delivery in VL01N and to Change it as Post Goods Issue in VL02N. When the users create delivery in VL01N , they have to Post Goods Issue only in VL02N.

But, Post Goods Issue button also there in VL01N.I want to deactivate this in VL01N such that they are able to Post Goods Issue only using VL02N.

Please help me by specifying the procedure and coding on restricting users for this requirement?

Thanks,

Aravind

Hi Aravind,

Pls check this Badi LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC.

Method : CHANGE_FCODE_ATTRIBUTES

You can use this method to deactivate the function codes in delivery

processing, dependent on the delivery data currently being processed.

For example, you can use this method if you want to generally suppress

goods issue postings online, or if you want to exclude a user range from

using specific functions.

If you need further help pls let me know.

Regards,

Viveks

You can use BADI le_shp_delivery_proc to influence the buttons.

Hi Aravind,

The easiest way is to hit '/H' in the command prompt to acticate the debugger and then hit the button for which you want to know the fcode.

In the debugger you will find the corresponding fcode in the field SYST-UCOMM.

John.

Hi Aravind,

As John said,

Generally we will follow the same..

We can also look in se41 menu painter.

first take the program name and give that name in the se41.

And from the suboject list select function text you will see all the standard function codes with their text....
