Convert Language of Custom Program

Dear

Hi have done translation from SE38 into German language, but Still the Screens of my program is comming in Elglish Language, i want to convert these all object related with that program, and how i can check that my program is converted.

Plz assist me step by step..... i m very new in this field.

There translate (menu) 

Short texts, ABAP, Program texts  (REPT)
Short texts, User interfaces, User interfaces (CUA) and Programmer docu (CUAD
Short texts, Screen painter; Screen Painter header (SCRH) and texts (SCRT)

Also if you used specific messages and fields/structures

Short texts, Messages, Messages classes (MSAG) and text (MESS)
Short texts, ABAP dictionary (etc.)
