calculate number of working days

Can anybody tell me the process to calculate Employee working days depending on status (ACtive, withdrawn,retiree) depending on pa0000 begda & endda,stat2

hello deepu,

I want to calculate total number of working days for statuses 3 , 2 & 0.

I have to calculate it depending on BEGDA & ENDDA..There is a chance one person may join in the office after taking leave for 1 or 2 years.In such cases i have to calculate only working days in such cases.
