Authorisations to Export/Save a report to local file

Hi

We have a user who is unable to either export the results for a report or save it to excel. I.e. when we go to System>List>Save or List>Export from the top menu, the options are all greyed out and we are unable to select them.

We have tried adding SAP All type access to the user which resolves the issue - so the question is, does anyone know what transactions/auth objects enable a user to do such things?

I have searched the forum for such an issue and cannot find the answer.

Or even better assign to the report via SU24 and edit the role via "edit old & read new data" in pfcg

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. We added S_GUI to the report tcode via SU24 and maintained the values in PFCG - all works fine now.
