Hi All,
I transferred the material data from one client to another client . and idoc is generated and material is also available in both the clients.
generally we check the status of the idoc in we02 in both clients.
I need to prepare a report to send the material and i have to show both the sending status and the recieving status in same system.
for. eg. if am sending material from 800 to 812 system. then i have to show the status of both 800 status and 812 status in the same system(800). Is it possible?

vinoth

u can show the status in the sending system...The sending system will show the status...Now, using RFC u can check whether the idoc has been transffered to 812 system and check the status and retrieve the status from that system..Check for a FM in sap.

Hi,
This possible.
If this requirement is mandatory for ur client then say to them like we need one acknowledgement idoc need to be sent for all the Outbound idocs and this acknowledge Idoc should post the data in one Ztable which you can use and develop the report.
Otherwise please go through status of idocs and go through the EDIDS table
Where it will be storing the Status of idoc.

Hi Vinoth,
generally data in the tables are client dependent.Generally data will store in EDIDD and EDIDC & EDIDS.Already you know the message type.
If you want to skip tha data from client dependcy in your select statemnet use "client specified" key word in your selection statement. You know message type and creation date .By using all you can extract the data from above tables.
By given details just you need to create logic
Pls. reward points for useful ans.
