We are looking to engage with security and data protection experts, to test and develop our ideas and learn where we should be venturing from this “nucleus” of a data protection suite in a Customer Influence Roundtable at Sapphire.
In the fast-paced data driven era of the intelligent enterprise, traditional role-based data access restrictions may not cover the increasingly complex data protection and privacy scenarios SAP customers face.
We want to depict and discuss more complex use cases, and outline ideas how to cover these by:
- dynamically keeping sensitive data out of the reach of users unless needed
- protocoling attempted and successful access, allowing for forensic analysis as well as monitoring with
- real-time detection of potential threats which will in turn allow for pre-emptive actions.
