SAP TechEd && d-code 2014 is just around the corner – with its lot of technical hands-on sessions, demo-rich lectures, product road map Q&A sessions, CodeJams mini-editions, and many more.

A lot has happened in the ABAP world since last SAP TechEd. In fact, ABAP has been further optimized for SAP HANA. As an example there is a shift on how to leverage the power of SAP HANA by moving from the proxy-based Bottom-Up approach using external views and database procedure proxies to the so-called Top-Down approach using Core Data Services views and ABAP-managed database procedures.

During SAP TechEd && d-code 2014 you can learn which tools and new language elements are offered to ABAP developers as part of ABAP 7.4. You can also hear and discuss with customers and partners on how they have used these already. Last but not least, you can even get your hands dirty and try them yourself.
