Hello Experts
While creating a policy, if we select the distribution method as survey then "survey template" field pops up which is mandatory. Despite assigning the appropriate template from the drop down list, the survey questions in the template are not being displayed to the reviewers in their workflow notification whereas approval survey questions are being displayed when the policy is sent for approval. What could be the reason for this? can anybody please guide.

have you tested the user's roles / profiles?
Please make a test with the power user profile just to confirm this is not the case.
