sapspi and dbspi

What is a sapspi and a dbspi? Can you expalin to me briefly both this functionalities?

Hi. Both is HP open view products --> SMART PLUGINS. The DBSPI provides two mechanisms to monitor an Oracle Listener on a managed node. read this -->
