How do partners and customers connect to the SAP Migration Server provisioned for each RISE project ? Is there a standard way through the link provided in Marketplace or do customers and partners need to raise a Service Request to get the OS access first time around ? We are currently held up and asked to raise a SR for network connectivity to be opened.

AnswerRequest clarification before answering.
Migration server is hosted into client network which is controlled and manage by SAP. To login into the migration:
- Get the VPN access to connect to client network, if client is using some other mechanism get the process to connect to client Network.
- Rise with SAP team will provide you the access details like IP address, hostname etc .. with root user ID and password.
- Once you are connected to Client network you will able to access Migration server via putty or some other tool and using root user ID you can login into it.

Thank you. Your answer is exactly how it went about - however to get the OS access first time around - we were asked to raise an SR which is the correct process. We got correct updates shortly after I posted this from the Technical Services Manager who unfortunately was not present to elaborate it during the week we were stuck.
